Frequently Asked Questions

When Should I Send Out My Save the Dates?

Save the Dates should be mailed out 8-12 months prior to your wedding date to give guests time to plan ahead. If you are having a destination wedding, send a little sooner so travel arrangements can be made.

When Should I Send Out My Invitations?

Plan to mail your invitations 2-3 months in advance of your wedding. If you are having a destination wedding, plan to mail out a little earlier.

What Date Should I Put on My RSVP Card?

The best time for reply by dates is 4 weeks in advance of the wedding day. Keep in mind what day the venue or wedding planner needs to know the number of guests by. We will also need to know numbers to finalize the seating chart.

When should i order my day of stationery?

Placing an order for day of stationery such as place cards, menus, table numbers, seating chart, etc should be placed no later than a month before your wedding. Our production time is 10 business days once the design has been approved – so the earlier the better!
