It’s about how you use that gear in a different way than others. For me I experienced photography/videography at a very young age. I remember when my family and I went to universal studios and I wanted to buy one of those Kodak Film cameras but they were too expensive at the time but I ended up buying one anyways. From filming family parties, making skateboard videos when I was young and taking photos of friends. All this helped me train my eye to see a different image.

My fiancé/business partner, Kyle Johnson, works behind the scenes with accounting, timelines, and logistics. Petals of Passion is based out of Hamilton, Ontario, established in 2017 … out of our basement! YES! I was a basement Betty, working, studying, and pursuing a passion for flowers.
